Project Adventure Reflection

1. Name and explain your game and rules.

Foursquare dodgeball. There are four squares and you will get put into one of the squares. In order to move up one square, you need to hit someone in the square above you. (1 hits 2, 2 hits 3, 3 hits 4) if you get hit you move down. (4 to 3, 3 to 2, 2 to 1) The fourth square is the highest and you want to stay there as long as possible. If you catch a ball you and you are the square above you don't move. But the people in square four are allowed to hit anyone. If you catch the ball they throw at you, you go up and they go down.

2. What were the challenges/ difficulties of working together as a team?

We all had different ideas on how we wanted it to be planned. We argued a little on who's idea we were doing and we had a lot of confusion when others tried to explain their ideas. But, we worked it out and agreed on how we wanted to game and made sure nothing was confusing.

3. What was the benefit of working together? Explain?

We agreed we wanted it to be a foursquare dodgeball and even though we got confused we made sure to help that person understand. We let everyone say their idea as well and in the end, we agreed and came up with a fun game.

4. Discuss ways that your team problem solved to make the game better (this could have been as the class played the game). How would you modify the game if you played it again?

When we played it in class we realized it would have been more fun to play in a smaller space because others were standing in corners making it hard to get other players. We also didn't use the whole gym because it would've been to big so, the dodgeballs would be out of the boundaries.

5. What did YOU contribute to the team?

When we were arguing how we wanted to game to be like I told everyone that it would be easier to explain and still really fun if we played the game how we did it in class. I didn't exactly come up with the idea because someone put the idea out there earlier.
