I agree because if you do too many things at once it will be hard to concentrate on one thing that needs to be done or is more important. This article talks about multitasking and how it can be hard. It even said that writing notes down while a teacher is talking is multitasking.
If you are multitasking you should find a way where you can make time to do all you need to do. If you need to take notes you can take some and ask a friend if you missed something while writing and then you can write down what your friend told you.
Let's say you are doing homework while the t.v. is on and your favorite show comes on and you watch it instead of doing your homework. I can see in some ways how multitasking would be ok, like if you are running and listening to music there is no harm. But overall multitasking can get in the way of what you need to do or be doing.
